Description: Selling this vintage Rogers 13" rack tom. It needs some love. RED SPARKLE wrap finish...not sure it is original. Interior has been painted black (cue music). Missing heads but has both hoops and both sets of tension rods. NO CRACKS, but extra holes form the MISSING MOUNT that was replaced with an aftermarket mount which is also missing.
