Description: For your consideration 1940s two piece gingham knit dress suit. Back button cropped jacket & dress. Working metal back Talon zipper. The jacket is fully satin lined & the dress is mostly lined. No pockets. No tags. Appears to be custom tailored or made from pattern. Fits like an XS/S. Shown on a size small mannequin - fits great but form fitting on a S - would fit more relaxed on XS. You will need help getting dressed since it buttons in the back. Pre owned, shows light general wear. Overall beautiful set. Structurally good. There is faint underarm discoloration in the lining of the dress. Normal surface wear. Small seam gap in a couple places on the jacket (lining, waist). I steamed the dress but otherwise sold as found. Please review photos to best determine condition and message with any questions.
