Description: 1941 World Series Game 4 Ticket Stub PSA 5 HIGHEST Yankees Dodgers Owen 3rd strk. Shipping USPS or UPS or FedEx depending on what makes the most sense for me. Signature and insurance required. Global Shipping Program is also available. This is a true special investment grade item for any advanced collector of Yankees Brooklyn Dodgers rivalry history, or World Series history in general. This game is probably *still* one of the 25 most famous in world series history, and an inflection point in the series. Catcher Mickey Owen famously lost the 3rd strike on Tommy Heinrich that would've been the final out to the win. Instead Heinrich reached and the Yankees rallied for four runs. Owen and Heinrich signed items linking themselves to the game until the end. This ticket stub is BEAUTIFUL. It is graded a PSA 5 EX Excellent. It is the ONLY stub at this grade and there are NONE HIGHER. It is fairly unlikely a better copy presents itself, as I've looked at the past decade of sales and none described themselves as EX, or looked above VG. I'm frankly surprised this doesn't grade a touch higher. There's a touch of toning at the top and some light wrinkling but edges and rounding is excellent and back is particularly clean, with a couple specks of toning on back left border. You can display this along with a picture of DiMaggio or something or a team photo, or any number of ideas. That is, if you aren't keeping it in a vault... Check out my other listings.
