Description: 1968 Ford Mustang with the 200 CID straight six engine and 4 speed manual transmission Purchased this Mustang in 1977, second owner. Car was a very faithful daily driver for 10 years then driven occasionally until garaged in 2001 but started often. Had $4k refresh in 2018 to clean gas tank replace fuel lines, repair brakes, door locks, etc. Drove around the neighborhood regularly until earlier this year when gas wasn't getting to the carburetor. While trying to fix/diagnose that issue, the gas tank leaked all the gas out. Can't tell if the leak is in the tank or at the new line connection. But, replaced the fuel pump and set up a temporary fuel source and the car runs now. Will upload a video soon. Had a repaint in 1984, with new dash and seat covers. Needs new tires also, but with these fixes will run and drive. Paint has lots of chips and flaws but still looks good going down the road. If I get the gas tank leak fixed, will raise the price. Listed mileage as 75K but odometer reads 36135. Speedometer/Odometer has never worked well even after multiple attempts to fix. Lots of books and records, some spare parts if you want them.
