Description: Handsome fold-out 1973 Texaco road map of Oklahoma, printed more than 42 years ago. The map opens to 18" x 27" and has great detail on highway alignments, including U.S. Route 66, with cartography by H.M. Gousha. On the reverse side there's a transcontinental driving map of the United States, along with inset plans of Barlesville, Enid, Ardmore, Muskogee, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City. The map was distributed by Texaco in 1973 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 10-UU, and little "T" symbols locate Texaco gas stations on major highways. The code on the back cover is 731. Condition: This map is in excellent condition, bright and clean, with no marks, rips, or tears. Buy with confidence!
