We ordered this car a year ago, and we wanted it to be exactly like the example that was on display @ The Chicago Auto Show in 2023, when the Dark Horse was first introduced to the public. It took a year for us to get our car, because we ordered every single available factory option, which caused quite a delay, but was well worth the wait!It was an absolute must to have the car finished in Blue Ember Metallic, as it is a first-year only Dark Horse color and looks absolutely incredible! It changes colors as you walk around the car from Blue, to Purple, to Bronze, and actually looks Black in the shade. Blue Ember Metallic will not be available for the 2025 models. We then loaded the car up by checking every single box, including: Equipment Group 700A (Premier Trim w/ Color Accent), Blue Ember Metallic Paint, Tech Package, Dark Horse Appearance Package (Black Painted Roof, Blue Brake Calipers w/ Logo, Gloss Black w/ Tarnished Accent Hood Stripe), Dark Horse Handling Package (Pirelli P-Zero 305/30/ZR19 Tires, Rear Spoiler w/ Gurney Flap), Recaro Leather Racing Seats, Premium Floor Mats, and last but certainly not least, the 19” Carbon Fiber Wheels (Ultra Rare). Again, the wait was well worth it, as this car is simply amazing.(See Window Sticker).When this Dark Horse Mustang finally arrived, we let the dealership do the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and then we had her shipped to our showroom in an enclosed trailer. She is still in the wrapper, has never been driven, and all of the bolt-on items such as the front splitter, wheel moldings, etc., are still wrapped up, along with the floor mats, owner manuals, and the rest of the factory goodies. The free & clear title will arrive 4-5 weeks, and will be sent to the new owner via Fedex Overnight.These 2024 Dark Horse Mustangs have been very hard to acquire, and we have yet to see another one loaded up the way our car is.
