Description: 3-In high inch and 3/4 wide ornate designed brass finial or candle. Snuffer has a little bit of oxidation on the lower part and on the inside this came from my house clean out the house sat since 1975 so it's at least that old. Just thought it was kind of interesting. If you know what it is please let me know
