You may want to try to do 1/4 of the bag to produce 1 gallon. A gallon is about 16 servings. I've been boiling my ingredients 1 hours the first time, 2 hours the second time, and then blending the ingredients before my last 2 hour boil. The ingredients can also be finely ground and eaten raw in smoothies. Simmer the dried mushrooms like tea on low heat (barely boiling - high temperature destroys nutrients) for 1-2 hours. Strain chunks and save in refrigerator to reboil several more times (recommend 3 boils). The immunity tea should look like coffee when it has been boiled long enough and should have a dark color and a very earthy aroma and flavor. If you don't like the flavor try adding some cocoa powder (or hot coco mix), cream or milk substitute, and a pinch of ginger and/or cayenne pepper. Of course always keep it refrigerated. The recommended adult dose is 4 eight ounce cups throughout the day....scale appropriately for children based on weight.
