Description: This listing is for a beautiful 82 piece Imari style dinnerware set service for 8 that was made by Meakin in England. This antique Royal Caledonia dinnerware set was probably made in the early 1930’s. The colors are deep cobalt blue, iron red, green and gold. There is some gold loss and some minor crazing. There are some expected nicks, almost all of them are very very small nicks and not visible especially when in use but are still there. Each place setting has 8 pieces: a dinner / luncheon plate, a cup, a saucer, a berry bowl, a cereal bowl, a soup bowl, a bread plate & a salad plate plus 18 extra pieces.
