The valve guide and stem have been PTFE lubricated and anodized for longevity. The V-Band aluminum flange allows for Universal installation by a professional, as it can be welded to any aluminum charge pipe on a turbo or supercharged vehicle. The stainless steel clamp provides a long-lasting and clean installation, free of corrosion. The oversized 10mm banjo bolt provides faster actuator response, reducing the amount of stress on your turbo. The actuator is made with a high temperature silicon Nomex reinforced diaphragm for ultimate reliability. These features have made the BV50 the most popular selling blow off valve on the market. Professional installation is highly recommended, as welding may be necessary if your vehicle does not already have a pre-existing 50mm V-Band Flange or Adapter.
