However, we do deliver to established services offered by Argos, Sainsbury’s, Asda and other major retailers. If item is damaged or lost in post, a Royal Mail/Courier claim will have to be made by the buyer. Or I can make the claim and the refund will only be made when claim is settled. Packaging will need to be kept, including shipping box, photo proof of damage will be needed, and any damage reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any warranty claims will be down to the buyer to deal direct with the original manufacturer, at their own expense. I cannot guarantee warranty claims will be honoured in all circumstances, as not all manufacturers allow warranties on ex-demo products.
