They all are expired between 1980 & 2017 and no longer for use on a vehicle. They are of various types, embossed & flat, aluminum & steel. The states represented are: VIRGINIA, GEORGIA, COLORADO, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, ARKANSAS, CONNECTICUT, MONTANA, INDIANA and MICHIGAN. These are used "as found" plates and have the usual scuffs and scars associated with well used plates. YOU GET THE PLATES SHOWN. They are older than 3 years in compliance with ebay policy.
