It holds the Litho-Perf in place without shifting before tape is placed over the Litho-Perf. Easy to remove with a scraper blade and the glue dots residue can be removed with most press cleaners. There may be some spots of light rust but it does not affect the function of the Litho-Perf. Package is lightly soiled from long term storage. The outer box cover is missing.
