Description: James Beard’s American Cookery from 1972 signed by the author. It is a 1st edition and 4th printing. There is no dust jacket. This book had a heavy mustiness smell that was mostly inside a rough dust jacket. I threw that away and placed the open book next to an ozone generator. That helped A LOT but there is still a musty smell mostly close to the spine. The book itself looks good with normal wear. If you need more pictures just ask. I will ship USPS ground advantage with insurance.
