All CDs that have cracked or broken jewel cases will be advertised as such. If it wasn't advertised as having a crack or being broken but it arrives to you that way then it probably happened in transit. This does not happen very often but there's that chance... Please do not make a big deal out of it, because it's not. Replacement jewel cases cost between 25-50 cents. This is just a possible outcome, so it's a possibility, if this is a problem, please do not buy here. Item Description Internal note: file under "Y" (Internal note: file under "S") We do not grade jewel cases, if there's a crack in case-we'll describe it as such but other than that we'll grade everything else but the plastic jewel cases. In fact, you may receive your items in brand new jewel cases which of course are not the original ones. If this is of importance to you, to avoid being "excluded" from future purchases-please ask before purchasing. Original CD. There are no cuts or holes in paper inserts. There is a small crack in jewel case that does not affect its functionality. There are very few tiny and very light marks to CD that in no way affect the playback. This CD rips and plays flawlessly. Made in Japan. Mercury label. Please keep in mind: no returns are accepted due to a few out there who'd like to rip and return.
