Here is what the man said when he returned it."I love the look and feel of this pencil, however , it does not work. I noticed you stated in the description "it needs lead" I believe there was a very good reason it had no lead in it--- attempts to insert lead in the top of the pencil is not possible appears to be solid or blocked so also tried inserting lead in the front of the pencil although lead will insert into it when you turn it to the writing position the lead immediately falls out. I've tryed everyway of getting lead into it but nothing works."
