Description: This beautiful beaded sash is a true piece of history. It was created for the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis and is a testament to the artistry of Native American craftsmen. The sash is made of high-quality materials and has been well-preserved over the years. It is a great addition to any collection of historical memorabilia or collectibles related to fairs and expositions. The sash is from the United States and has not been modified in any way. This is a nice antique St. Louis 1904 World's Fair Louisiana Purchase Exposition Native American Indian beaded / bead work sash. It is decorated with various things including arrows, whirling logs, flags and more. It has initials beaded into it in various spots so I'm not sure if that's who it was done for or the initials by the artist or artists that made it. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with minimal signs of wear and it comes exactly as shown. It measures approximately 57 1/2" at the longest point.
