TRM 2x12 PD212U 212 diagonal speaker cabinet. Convertible back. DIY project

Description: PLEASE NOTE: These are made to order cabinets and may take up to 30 days build time before shipping. Handcrafted one at a time in my New Hampshire wood shop. Now a full 12" deep. I have found that 12" depth is the sweet spot for pine cabinets. Other builders charge extra for this feature or may not do it at all. WHAT IS IT? This is a TRM guitarcabs raw unfinished 2 x 12 diagonal cabinet for DIY projects. Rear loading. It is fully assembled and just needs your finishing work. Personalize it the way you want. 26" wide x 21" high x 12" deep. for different sizes and styles. CONSTRUCTION: These are made from 3/4" select eastern white pine with reinforced halfblind dovetailed corners. Edges have a 1/2" radiused round over to accept Fender style 1/2" radiused 2 leg corners. Tee-nuts are pressed into the baffle and includes the machine screws for rear load speaker mounting. Fits Celestion, Eminence, Jensen, Weber, WGS, and most other brands. All wired up with a 1/4"jack and wiring. BAFFLE AND REAR PANEL: Baffle and rear panel are rigid 1/2" voidless birch plywood. Rear panel is a 3 - piece convertible design that allows you to use the cab as opened back or closed back. Utilizes the Fender blackface era style rear loading baffle design which is removable and the grill cloth can be attached to the baffle then reinstalled. SHIPPING: Ships via USPS with insurance. Ready to load. - 26" wide x 21" high x 12" deep. - Average weight is around 25 lbs. WHY PINE? Pine is a lightweight and resonant wood that was used in lots of early Fender amps and cabinets. Pine gives a slightly warmer top end and beefier low mids. Another advantage is its light weight.
