I'm not a stamp collector so I can't 100% verify it but based on what is written on the album page and looking it up with the help of an ID book then it sure appears to be the correct one. I do have a perforation gauge but sometimes it's hard to get a perfect reading. I'm not a stamp collector so I have no idea on what or how to check for a watermark. Plus, I really don't want to try and wreck the stamp!!! S0 I cannot prove the Scott #'s are correct so they are being sold "As Is" with no guarantee. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS!!!
