Description: A very good example of Millers Falls model number 1950, its the Buck Rogers bit brace but more subtle than other Buck Rogers tools by Millers Falls. It has the standard 10 inch sweep. It has a steel clad ball bearing head, spring loaded toothless alligator jaws and ratcheting with reverse. Tight and firm no excess play at the head and ratchet joints. Excellent working condition bit brace hand drill. This brace has been gently cleaned, lubricated and tested and is shop ready. It was manufactured probably in 1950, hence the model number, more than 70 years ago and will last another lifetime with normal care. Includes a complimentary 6 piece bit set of double twist auger bits. The sizes of auger bits are some of the most popular 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16. All bits are good with fine screwpoints.
