Description: This item is an antique vintage right-handed 35 1/4" wood shaft putter. A heel shafted aluminum alloy mallet head. No model number but it looks like one of their 18B Deluxe models with brass face insert and wood backweight. Made by Otey Crisman of Selma, AL. The head is in good clean condition. Yes, it has the expected play nicks and dings but is not damaged. No hosel cracks. Please look at the many zoom pictures for a better idea of condition. The shaft is the original stepped steel. The shaft has a minor bend to it that gives it a slightly more upright lie angle. You don't really see it when putting with it. Since you can't change the lie angle on an aluminum mallet putter by bending it, someone might have bent the shaft on purpose instead. The grip is the original long leather wrap. It is in good vintage condition. Hard to find model. Shipping in the US is calculated and based on a 3-pound box. This item shipped UPS Ground. For those of you that never ship but only receive items, the further you are from me in NC the more shipping will be. That is the way the carriers charge. On top of that, eBay and takes almost 15% of what I receive for shipping (out of $10 I receive $8.50) and I would like to break even. eBay collects sales tax for many states. They charge me 15% for that service and I never see that money.
