Description: This is an amazing Vintage Ostby Barton engagement ring. The Diamond solitaire is beautiful. The face of the ring measures 8mm in diameter. The Round Cut Diamond measures 6.3mm in diameter and is approx. 0.95ct. The diamond is has SI2 clarity with H/I color. I conservatively estimated this at 0.95 carat. It might weigh out at a full one carat. Got to remove it to find out, which I am not going to do. The diamond is ever so slightly crooked in the setting. It might need some adjustment. I will leave that up to the buyer.On a US ring mandrel the ring falls between a US size 6.25 and 6.5, which is a UK size M and M 1/2. It is fully hallmarked, tested, and verified weighing in at 3.5 grams. There are no problems other than ordinary and normal use marks.Comes from a clean, smoke-free home.
