Vtg Industrial Ajusco Task Desk Lamp Light OC White Era Green Enamel Shade 1930s

Description: You're looking at a vintage Ajusco task light/ sconce in excellent working condition and dating to approx the 1930s. This piece was designed to be wall or bench mounted and it can easily be pivoted to direct light where it's required. Overall the patina of this lamp is very good with wear commensurate with age including marks, dings, paint loss, pitting, scuffs etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece. The original green porcelain enamel shade is in great shape. Note that one of the holes on the cast iron mount has a bite out of it. It still mounts very well and is very secure. This item has been rewired using vintage-style black twisted cord and a new plug. Works perfectly and ready to be mounted to your wall or desk. Measures approx 32" long including the shade.
