This gorgeous piece, beautifully glazed in Mediterranean blue, was made by The Marbro Lamp Company, Italy, 1960’s. It measures approximately 11” diameter x 7.5” high and is in very good vintage condition with no observable chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. There is minimal paint loss on the tip ends of the birds rear feathers as shown in the last photo. It is marked Marbro Made In Italy S.169, on the bottom. Such a unique piece would certainly make a great addition to any Italian ceramics collection.
