Winter Wedding Dress White Velvet Satin Blue Trim w/ Train & Veil Vintage 1960s

Description: Vintage Velvet Wedding Dress, Train and Veil I believe this to be handmade by a professional seamstress Based on the design, this is probably from the 1960's or early 1970's Based on the measurements, my best guess is this is a current size 6 (see measurements below) White velvet dress with a 7 inch border of white satin at the bottom Empire waist with A-line skirt Trimmed in crocheted appliqués and laced with blue ribbons High neckline with stiff banded collar Long velvet puff bishop sleeves with satin cuffs and snaps Bodice and sleeves are embellished with beautiful embroidered appliqués Back metal zipper Optional satin train can be attached to the empire waist in the back. Train has a double layer and is gathered at the top The hooks are hidden under the ribbon trim on the waist The veil has 3 layers of delicate tulle plus a shorter blusher The tulle is attached to a white velvet covered headpiece with lace appliqué Measurements: Bust: 34 inches around Waist: 26 inches around Hips: 54 inches around Back neck edge to empire waist: 14 inches Front and back length from waist to bottom edge: 42 inches Across shoulders: 14 inches Sleeves: 26 inches Train: 68 inches long Veil: 32 inches long from headpiece Blusher veil: 20 inches long My mannequin is size 8, so I was not able to photograph it fully zipped in the back. I found 2 spots on the lower front of the dress where the velvet is flattened (did not show in the photos) Although this dress is used, it is in very nice condition with no tears, stains or other damage that I could detect.
