Size on belt is 50, but check ALL of the following measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, compare to one of your own belts as these belts run smaller than your actual waist size: Measures 53.5 inches long including the buckle and has 6 notch holes. Measures 48 inches to the first notch hole and 51.5 inches to the last notch hole (including the buckle.) It would likely fit a 47-48 inch waist the best.
