Size on tag is 36, but check ALL of the following measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, compare to one of your own belts as these belts run smaller than your actual waist size: Total length measures 43 inches long including the buckle and has 5 notch holes. Measures 36 inches to the first notch hole and 40 inches to the last notch hole (including buckle.) It would likely fit a 33-34 inch waist the best.
